We were extremely impressed with the quality of the course. The instruction was excellent, as were the videos and the text. The instructors were serious and thorough, yet very kind and approachable. As we were taking the class as a family, with kids 12 and 14, the environment in the class room was important to us. We were pleased that it was a serious first responder course, yet one in which the kids felt that they could comment, ask questions, and participate fully in the classroom portion, as well as the practice and the practical exam. I feel that we are all better prepared now, should an emergency occur and I know that the kids will know what to do if something happens when they are out on their own. We plan to take the water safety course in the future. Many thanks.

I deal with young children in every aspect of my life, as a mother of two and the owner of an International Kindergarten based in the southern suburbs of Athens. For me one of the most important aspects of being involved with children on any level is the care and safety of these precious charges. With this in mind, I make sure that I attend regular first aid courses and ensure that the teachers in my school do too. This August we attended the course run by First Aid Greece. I can unreservedly recommend this course. The day was interesting, informative and practical. It covered all the aspects of primary care for young children that are essential in my field in a clear and concise manner. In all my years in education I have not encountered anything
remotely comparable here in Greece.

As a mountain bike tour guide, I regard safety very highly and so to ensure that I was prepared for this season, I enrolled onto First Aid Greece’s Primary and Secondary Care course. The course was informative as well as fun with lots of time allocated for practicing the new skills that we learnt. Working through the section on AEDs it became apparent how vulnerable we all are to Sudden Cardiac Arrest, I would certainly recommend they become a standard piece of safety equipment for all extreme sports organisers and participants. I believe the seminar definitely benefited me on a personal and professional level. Being the mother of 3 children and also working on a daily basis with children it definitely gave me a more confident feel in dealing with emergencies. I know that the most important thing is to remain calm no matter what the situation. I would highly recommend people taking this seminar. The hands-on experience gives you a better understanding of how to administer first aid with confidence. It was also a lot of fun so it didn't feel like work. In the future I would re-fresh my skills and even try to further my knowledge in
first aid.

One day at the gym, an older gentleman collapsed from a minor heart attack right in front of my eyes. To my dismay no one knew what to do, including myself. This episode triggered my interest in First Aid. I participated in the Emergency First Response Primary Care (CPR), and the Emergency First Response Secondary Care (First Aid) and Care for Children. The courses were explanatory, detailed, theoretical as well as practical. The First Aid Instructors are lovely, professional, passionate and committed to transferring their know how’s. Working for Randstad Hellas HR Services where we interact daily with people, we now have a Certified Emergency Responder that can provide assistance should an
emergency occur.
